This is my 27th casino review here on Crash Gambler, and as I did 26 times before, I’ll kick things off by inspecting the welcome bonus and all other promotions on Dolfwin!
Welcome Bonus Package at Dolfwin
Dolfwin Casino offers a 4-in-1 Welcome Casino Package that enhances your first four deposits. Here’s how it works:
- First Deposit: 100% match bonus up to €200 (Bonus Code: DOLFWEL200)
- Second Deposit: 50% match bonus up to €250 (Bonus Code: DOLFWEL250)
- Third Deposit: 50% match bonus up to €250 (Bonus Code: DOLFWEL50)
- Fourth Deposit: 100% match bonus up to €300 (Bonus Code: DOLFWEL300)
To grab these bonuses, you must deposit at least $22 and use the respective bonus codes.
And now for some bad news:
- Both the deposit and bonus must be wagered 40 times within 21 days.
- Crash games, like Aviator and others, do not contribute to the wagering requirements, meaning this bonus is only suitable for slots.
To make things even worse, you can’t cash out or win more with the bonus than 10X the bonus amount, you can’t make withdrawals while the bonus is active, and you can’t place bets higher than €12 or 5% of the bonus amount.
Additionally, you also can’t employ low-risk strategies that would allow you to roll over the bonus quickly.
All in all – for us crash gamblers, this welcome bonus could not be any worse, unfortunately. But if you love playing slots as well, go for it!
50% up to 200€ Reload Bonus
Once again, despite not being crash-friendly, Dolfwin Casino offers a weekly reload bonus with the bonus code DOLFRLD50, providing a 50% match bonus up to €200.
Hurry up!
This bonus is available weekly from May 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024.
To activate the bonus, you simply enter the code DOLFRLD50 when depositing. The bonus is applied instantly to deposits of at least $22.
Like the welcome bonus, it has a 40X wagering requirement and a 21-day limit to fulfill. And just like before, your bets must not exceed €12 or 5% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
Other Bonuses at Dolfwin
Just like with the first two bonuses, I just covered, Dolfwin once again proves they are a paradise for slot players.
As of right now, there are 5+ slot and blackjack tournaments from game providers like Yggdrasil, Play’N’Go, and Wazdan.
Dolfwin Bonuses Compared to Competitors
As you know by now, from a pure crash gambling perspective, Dolfwin offers little to write home about.
Both the welcome bonus and the reload bonus cannot be wagered by playing crash games, they simply do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
Because of that, I’m a much bigger fan of promotions at Betfury or BC.Game casino. Both of these casinos ensure that their original crash games are included in daily and welcome promotions.
If you prefer smaller but less complicated bonuses with absolutely no wagering requirements, Winz.io casino is a great choice.
Yep, you’re not the only one who thinks this; Dolfwin sounds like a Dolphin, and yes, this casino’s mascot is a dolphin!
Dolfwin’s interface and ‘vibe,’ if you will, reminds me of 10Bet casino. It gives a sort of traditional online casino feel.
That being said, the interface is neither bad nor excellent. It’s just alright and at moments, I feel it could be better. Let me explain.
For example, there is no left sidebar as there usually is, no, there’s just the upper sticky menu that contains all the shortcuts to the casino, lice casino, sports betting live betting, some more betting options and then promotions.
In that same menu, but on the right side, is where you’ll find your language, account setting and wallet.
Below that is a slider block promoting all the Dolfwin’s bonuses and underneath is a second menu strip with game categories.
So far, so good, right? A bit different, but good. And then, if you find yourself on the casino homepage, you’ll see that you can scroll for literally 1-3 minutes before you’ll see the casino footer, where all the regular policies and FAQ answers are.
This seems like a bug to be honest.
There’s no ‘load more’ button, it’s just scroll more.
Another thing that I don’t particularly like is that the casino feels like a very lonely place. There’s no player chatroom or player leaderboard like there is at Rakebit.
But the thing that bothers me the most is the lack of a separate crash game category. There is a category of ‘casual games,’ and crash games are included there, but they’re mixed in there with plinko, limbo, dice and all sorts of other games. Not cool.
‘My Casino’ Feature
One of the features that I like is the ‘My Casino’ option. If you navigate to your account name in the top right corner and click on the little down arrow, you’ll open a drop-down menu that reveals the ‘My Casino’ feature.
With this feature, you can customize your Dolfwin casino homepage by having it show only the games you’re interested in based on genre and other filters.
If Dolfwin allows you to filter by crash games here, I’m really sad they don’t just offer a crash game category in the first place.
While this is amazing, and it’s the first time I’ve seen it, I don’t know if it’s just me or if you really have to submit your casino preferences each time you log in or refresh the page.
The feature should memorize ‘My Casino’ preferences and display them until I’ve cleaned my cookies.
Gameplay Experience
I played just over 100 different games at Dolfwin, which includes all the crash games and then some, and I’m happy to report that not once did I find a single performance issue or any sort of bug.
The only thing contributing to a slightly poor gaming experience was the lack of game information when choosing a game.
Each game simply opens in a new window, and there’s no game description with information like RTP, profit limits, or even a short game description.
Dolfwin on Mobile
Dolfwin on mobile is as solid as any other online and crypto casino in 2024. Their progressive browser web app works flawlessly, whether navigating around the casino or playing the games.
The casino’s mobile homepage has the same problem as the desktop version, the infinity scroll essentially makes it impossible to find the casino’s footer. I’m sure any normal person would just stop scrolling before they reach the end.
I also don’t like how complicated it is to find live chat support on mobile. You need to click the burger menu icon in the top left corner, select ‘More’ and finally click the live chat support shortcut.
I wish they would implement that shortcut in the bottom sticky menu.
Creating an Account at Dolfwin
Some casinos only need your email and password, and boom, you’re in. Well, Dolfwin ain’t one of those.
The signup process comes in three steps here at Dolfwin:
- Select your welcome bonus
The first step requires the players to opt in for one of the welcome bonuses available or none at all. - Account details
At this stage, you are required to provide your email and password. Oh, and they don’t mind if your password isn’t that strong. - Contact details
At this last stage, the casino demands you reveal your gender, first name, last name, country, currency, mobile phone number, and date of birth.
Needless to say, this casino doesn’t make it exactly simple when signing up, nor is this the right place for you if you value anonymity.
At last! We’ve landed where the true fun goes down: the games!
Here are all the crash games you’ll find at Dolfwin:
- Crash Duel X by Smartsoft Gaming
- Goblin Run by Evoplay
- Football X by Smartsoft Gaming
- Crash, Hamster, Crash! by Mascot Gaming
- Cup Pilot by Gamzix
- Coin Pilot by Gamzix
- Pilot by Gamzix
- Helicopter X by Evoplay
- Long Ball by Evoplay
- Save the Hamster by Evoplay
- Aviator by Spribe
- JetX by Smartsoft Gaming
- Fly X by Buckstakes Entertainment
- Smash X by Smartsoft Gaming
- Tower X by Smartsoft Gaming
- High Striker by Evoplay
- Cash Galaxy by OneTouch
- Christmas Crash by Evoplay
- Triple Cash or Crash by Betsoft
- Big Bass Crash by Pragmatic Play
- Deep Rush by Kalamba Games
- Magnify Man by Fugaso
- Space XY by BGaming
With more than 20 crash games in their selection, Dolfwin offers a medium-sized crash games selection. This selection is much greater than Stake’s (only 2 crash games), but it’s also much smaller than FortuneJacks (they carry more than 40 crash titles).
Better than nothing!
Dolfwin does not offer original crash games. However, classics like Aviator by Spribe are present!
I was happy to see they carry both crash games from Mascot Gaming, an up-and-coming game provider in the crash gambling space.
Their new Crash, Hamster, Crash! game is truly a work of art, just look at those pimped out hamsters and triple betting interfaces!
We also recently reviewed Cash Galaxy by One Touch, another great game in this casino’s selection.
Perhaps the most exciting thing for me is the presence of many Smartsoft Gaming titles, including some more experimental ones like Tower X.
All in all, it’s fair to say you won’t be running out of crash games anytime soon.
Sure, it’s definitely a bummer that there is no high-RTP original game like Crash by Betfury, but in all honesty, there’s plenty to select from and have countless hours of crash fun.
Other Games at Dolfwin
With games from more than 65+ providers, it’s almost impossible you’ll ever run out of new games to try at Dolfwin.
There are literally 1000s of slots to choose from, and when you encounter selections as big as this, you’ll be glad there’s a little ‘heart’ icon next to each game which adds it to your favorites.
Aside from 1000s of slots, there are also:
- 75+ Live casino games (not a huge selection compared to Betiro)
- Other casual casino games like Plinko, Bingo and Dice
- Classic table games like Blackjack, Baccarat and Poker
- A competitive sportsbook for those looking to place some bets
Let’s first talk about the question that’s on everybody’s mind:
Is Dolfwin a Legit Casino?
Yes, Dolfwin is, without a doubt, a legit online casino. They prove this by:
- Operating under a valid Curacao license
- They provide players with clearly defined policies on matters such as KYC, VPN usage, deposits and withdrawals
- The entire casino operates using 256-bit SSL data encryption
The only thing I really missed regarding safety is the optional 2-factor authentication which I consider a necessity in 2024. Casinos like Fairspin and Weiss both offer this.
Does Dolfwin Request KYC?
Yes! Dolfwin demands that all players undergo a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process. As you’ll see in the next section of this review, I also had to undergo a KYC check.
Is that a problem or a major con?
I would not say so. While some casinos do operate on a case-to-case basis, mandatory KYC has definitely become a standard practice, and we just have to embrace it at this point.
Can you use a VPN at Dolfwin?
There is no section or clause dedicated to VPN usage in Dolfwin’s terms and conditions.
As such, I advise you to only use VPN to enhance your safety when gambling outside of your secure home network.
Never use a VPN to mask your real location, as you might run into trouble when you eventually get KYC’d. Speaking about locations…

Responsible Gambling Policies
When it comes to player care, Dolfwin provides a responsible gambling page that is rather skimpy. There are also no self-exclusion tools that users can activate without contacting customer support.
To activate a self-exclusion order, players needs to do the following (direct quote from Dolfwin’s T&C’s):
The customer acknowledges, agrees and accepts that the procedure for Self-Exclusion with the Brand is as follows: If the customer wants to be Self-Excluded from dolfwin.com, he/she needs to contact us on the following email address: customercare@dolfwin.com
Customer’s email needs to include the following information:
(a) a clear request that states that customer wishes to be fully Self-Excluded (not partially restricted) on a voluntary basis;
(b) the duration of the period of the Self-Exclusion, with a minimum of twenty-four hours.
To say this is rather complicated is an understatement. Finding this information among 10,000+ other words in the casino’s terms and conditions is also quite a quest.
I would love to see this information included on the responsible gambling page where it belongs.
As I said before, Dolfwin does give off a traditional online casino vibe when you first see it, but little did you know that this dolphin-themed casino packs a punch when it comes to payment options.
Let’s cover the cryptocurrencies first. You can make crypto deposits (via Finrax) and withdrawals with the following coins and tokens:
- Tether (USDT)
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Stellar Lumens (XLM)
- Ripple (XRP)
- Chainlink (LINK)
- USD Coin (USDC)
For those of you without any cryptos on hand, you can also make a deposit with the following options:
- Apple Pay
- Maestro
- Visa Electron
- Mastercard
- Visa
- MiFINITY
- WebPayz (includes wire transfer)
- Revolut
- Online Banking
- EZeeWallet
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Binance Pay
And if that’s not enough, you can also buy crypto directly at the casino with your credit or debit card.
I’m impressed!
The amount of deposit options is outright amazing!
Sure, compared to casinos like BC.Game, the crypto selection is nothing amazing, but considering all other options, one can’t really say a bad thing about Dolfwin.
Deposits at Dolfwin
Despite having to make a deposit through a 3rd party crypto payment processor, Finrax, my initial deposit of 1 LTC went through in less than a minute.
There were no additional processing times or checks before I could head to the casino and start playing with my crypto.
Each payment method comes with certain minimum and maximum deposit limits:
- For the FIAT payment methods, the minimum deposit range is $11, and the maximum deposit limits range from $2500 to $11,000
- For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum deposit is $21, and the maximum is $11,000
This is the first time we have seen a casino set strict maximum deposit limits, which is weird, considering casinos usually don’t mind taking all the pennies you have on hand.
Compared to casinos like Wild.io, the minimum deposit limits also aren’t on the lower side, especially not for crypto deposits.
Withdrawals at Dolfwin
As mentioned before, Dolfwin does not mess around with KYC. As such, I did need to pass the KYC process before I was able to finalize my withdrawal.
The entire KYC process, from document submission to completion, took less than 3 hours.
After finishing the KYC, I was able to withdraw my funds with 0 questions asked.
Remember that the average minimum withdrawal limit is about $10 across all withdrawal methods, and you cannot withdraw more than $5000 per week.
On top of these limits, non-VIP players also can’t profit more than $110,000 per day.
All this information combined really isn’t great news if you’re a high roller or a VIP of casinos like Stake.
Unlike my recent experience with RakeBit’s customer support, Dolfwin casino live customer support agents left me in awe.
I contacted both email and live chat when I was wondering if crash games are considered as slots (which would mean they contribute 100% to the bonus wagering requirements) or as multiplayer games (in which case they contribute 0%).
Both live chat and email customer support agents were kind, knowledgeable and responsive!
Considering this wasn’t exactly an easy question to ask (plenty of customer support agents in the past had problems with it), I was really impressed. Good work, Dolfwin!
The only thing I did not like about Dolfwin’s live customer support is the fact they demanded I repeat all my sign-up data before connecting me with an agent. That just seems odd.
Aside from this minor complaint, I’m more than happy to award this casino customer support a clean 5/5!
Other casinos should take notes!
This casino also comes with clearly defined policies and a rich FAQ page!
